GPAR Canada is one of the first Golf Performance and Rehab centers to offer services inside of a

Golf and Country Club

Our team of Golf Performance professionals have laboured through various golf specific training with Titleist Performance Institute, K-Vest, and the Chek Golf Performance institute on top of our training in our respective professions to obtain an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, fitness, physiology and rehabilitation as it relates to golf.

With a combination of biomechanical 6-D sensor analysis, movement screens, orthopaedic testing, and power/ strength testing we can identify a players’ physical limitations and determine why these limitations are affecting their power, accuracy, or causing pain during the golf swing. We then work with our performance and rehabilitation team to create a personalized plan using a combination of education/ technique instruction, strength/ conditioning, and manual therapy with the goal to fix the identified limitations. This will improve performance, decrease pain, and reduce injury risk as it relates to golf and everyday life!

Our Philosophy

We believe golfers will benefit the most from a healthy and efficient body.

We believe that golfers of any age can benefit from adding strength and mobility training to their daily routine.

We believe that there isn't just one way to swing a club ... but there is a better way.

We believe that we can help you get there.

WHO WE ARE

Dr. Mario and Dr. Andrew

Dr. Mario and Dr. Andrew first crossed paths while attending high school at Kennedy Collegiate Institute. In 2008, they both worked as assistants at a local chiropractic clinic, where they gained valuable experience and a love for the profession of Chiropractic.

Dr. Mario took his studies to Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis and Dr. Andrew to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. They continued to remain in touch throughout their studies, graduated and became practicing Doctors of Chiropractic.

While they enjoy treating all types of athletes, they both have a special interest in golf specific injuries and have completed extensive additional education in golf performance and rehabilitation. They have now reunited to create their dream clinic, Golf Performance and Rehabilitation (GPAR) Canada, and are very excited to offer these specialized services to the residents of Windsor and Essex County.
